Terms & Conditions

In booking online for exams / courses with us, you accept the following Terms of Booking:

1. A booking can consist of either a single exam/course or a combination of exams/courses.
2. When booking for exams the full fee must be paid. The payments made for exams are non refundable and cannot be cancelled. The exams will be made available within 24 hours of receipt of payment during normal office hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
3. When booking for courses only the deposit fee will be paid. This is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 week before start of course.
4. If a situation arises that has not been covered by these Terms, we reserve the right to take any fair and reasonable action that we think appropriate.
