1. What ECDL version of tests are offered ?
ECDL v5.0

2. What version of Office is used for testing ?
Office 2003 & Office 2007 tests are available

3. What version of Windows can I choose for tests ?
Windows XP, Windows Vista & Windows 7

4. How do I obtain a Diagnostic test ?
With every prepaid ECDL test, a free diagnostic test will be allocated

5. Do I need to do the Diagnostic Test at your centre?
No, the Diagnostic test can be done from any PC which has an Internet connection.

6. Do I need to install any software to be able to use the system at home?
From the system login screen there is an option to check if your computer meets the system requirements. This will guide you to install the necessary software needed.
