Holistic has been providing ECDL tests since 2002. Apart from manual testing we are also offering online testing. After extensive research on available ECDL testing systems we have identified the best system. It provides testing and certification and is the only true online test system.
Holistic offers the following types of online tests:
- Online Demo Tests, which can be used to familiarize with our system.
- Online Diagnostic Tests, which can be used as pre-training assessments or simply as practice tests before attempting ECDL tests.
- Online Certification Tests for the ECDL qualification
The Online Demo test is an ECDL-practice test that has been created to familiarize the user with the testing system. This demo only gives a short demonstration of the contents of an ECDL-diagnostic or certification test.
The Online Diagnostic tests contain between 60 and 75 questions and examines the candidate throughout the whole syllabus of a module. When a diagnostic test is performed the results are given instantly and the candidates receive feedback on the subject areas and questions that have been incorrectly answered. Also suggestions on the right answers for wrong questions will be given. As Diagnostic tests do not have to be taken under examination conditions they can be taken during a training session or at the candidate’s home.
Online Certification Tests for the ECDL qualification contains all 7 modules. The tests are online based having live in applications and multiple choice questions. Test results are shown for the user immediately after each finished test. The test results page contains extensive information about the taken test and all individual test questions, separated in categories corresponding to knowledge measurement points set up for the test.
Our online testing system is also approved for people with learning disabilities and special needs; we have extended time tests to give them a better chance of passing the test. These acceptations are only done when they are approved with ECDL Malta
